Why destruction can’t use shadow bolt in pre patch? Is a warlock baseline ability now, it was said everywere, and is in the new baseline ability section for Demo and Affli, so y destro doesn’t have it? is it bugged?

Actually we do have shadowbolt, but its morphed into Incinerate as it addapts to the fire based theme.
