Can Discipline Priests have Flash Heal back as Shadow Mend takes way too long to cast and has an annoying side effect. Keep it to Shadow Priests.
Shadow Mend has the same cast time as Flash Heal and heals way more, even with the (almost irrelevant) negative side effect.
That said, it would be nice if Disc actually got some single target throughput and maybe even more than 1 button to press in situations where you have to heal a lot on less than 5 targets.
They have in 9.0 haven’t they?
Edit they have but shadow mend is 220% spell power, flash heal 135%. It will only be useful outside of combat and only slightly.
I find the negative side effect so unnoticeable they may’s well just remove it. I’m not even sure why it’s there in the first place.

To nudge disc players towards only using it for heavy incoming damage / work in tandem with atonement.
