Other classes have way too high overall damage in M+ and shadow is not one of them. I dont understand why you nerfed shadow and it was not needed coz sp has issue with aoe when you dont have any cds while other can do decent aoe like you have to go afk. It feels weak so please revert it!
I watched streamer top shadow priests, no chance to catch up other classes. It feels so hopeless coz you have to build to do damage and remember shadow is very bad if trash die too fast and you cant do anything about it. How will you solve this problem, devs?
Blizzard wants other classes to be the top dog for awhile.
Shadows problem as it is right now is Our main Dps thing Void form/ Dark ascension is a 1.5 sec cast time it should be instant cast.
Also one more problem with shadow is we need to get shadow crash buffed make it a 14 target dot spread then make. Mind blast spread Shadow word pain when you play as void weaver and halo priest spread shadow word pain to every target you hit when you use halo.
Make Dark ascension/void form instant cast
They could rework priest so when you use Dark ascension/void form You gain mind bender then they could rework so we get cleave damage from Mindbender passive during execute phase with mind blast and shadow word death.
They could also make the 10% damage we do is gained as an absorption also shadow could use a better talent squish make some talent 1 point rows instead of 2 point rows.
They could remove Mind bender and make it only appear during void form and dark ascension.
Also buff up devouring plague to feel like a huge damage hitter again.
why can’t they make so void torrent puts you in void form / dark ascension like paladins wake of ashes.
Would make channeling the slow thing a thing to actually want to press.
also they could do with removing void form and dark ascension from the button bloat and make Mindbender spawn of void torrent as well, 2 buttons eliminated from the game that isn’t the slightest fun to press.
would remove 4 seconds of GCD cast time of not being able to do damage to actually be able to deal damage.
Like paladins wake of ashes gives you a cool 45 sec burst. Also making void torrent like wake of ashes for priest would make priest not so sluggish waiting for 2min CDs or 1min cds with a bleeping cast time. . .
Much could be saved if they add AOE effects to MF/MS and MFI/MSI, and make them generate up to 15 additional insanity per target hit
Remove Psychic link and replace it with a talent that works more into surge of insanity to build more into what’s said above. Yes I know I’m suggesting removing our beloved spread clave, but it’s what makes it impossible for them to balance us, so I’d rather it be gone for both our and their sake
And the one thing people keep asking for, reduce shadow crash CD to 10 sec, like c’mon we’ve been asking for that since it became our dot spreader. Also it moving a lot faster would be lovely. Maybe even a CD reset if it doesn’t hit anything, that would make terrain casts a lot less punishing, the same goes for the tracking version as there’s no effect if the target dies before it lands
Void torrent as it is needs a massive buff as it’s slow and only just deals more damage than MFI, but then it takes 3x as long to channel, so it’s actually a lot worse. It needs either 5x more damage as it is or become an instant cast with a 10-15 sec CD. Perhaps maybe even a way to get full insanity?
