It depends on how casual you want to go and if you want to switch to Alliance but have a look at our post. GLHF is a Heroic weekend raiding guild who is casual, though as far as Attendance goes, we understand that people have real life sometimes and that’s fine but that otherwise they’re expected to attend most of our raids.
