Whenever I pop Voidform, every second there is a tiny hitch in fps, most noticable when looking at halo going in and out, or turning the camera. Once voidform is over, it stops stuttering. This is the only time I’ve had any stutters in fps like this.
The issue still persists when having no addons enabled or lowering the graphics to the lowest they can go, nothing seems to make a difference.
Any way to fix this?
play another spec or class
I have extactly the same problem, tried everything like you, no addon and lower graphic dont fix anything. Its really annoying… I cant undertand why this problem occur only in voidform… really strange. I’m out of ideas.
And since 11.2 my fps are really bad in raid… Ultra and low graphic dont fix too
As intended i got a strictly useless answer to my ticket… probaby some crappy bot :
Turn off addons, adjust graphics, close all programs blablabla…
Crazy thing, i created a trial char lvl70 and guess what… no stuttering, wtf is happening ??
Can’t speak for the micro stutters, but spriest has always had some performance issues over the last couple expacs.
Also in current raids and m+ my fps is lower than on other classes even though i dont have any priest specific WAs or addons.
That makes me sick, i have 3 other SP i got this problems on all of them but not on a trial char, cant figure it out…
What level is the trial char? I assume it doesn’t have all skills and talents?
he is 70, he got all talents exept Hero talents. I tried to swtich spec and selected other talents on my main but nothing work.

Did you manage to fix it? It’s awfull, I tried everything except reinstall. I remove all addon … It seems to be linked to shader or something like that
Not fixed. On my alts priests lvl 30 and 70 i dont have the problem… so i dont think its linked to shaders 
I keep asking to gms… they still dont understand my problem or keep telling me to adjust my graphics or remove my addons…
did u tried on a shadow lower than 70 ?
Hi, sorry for l8 feedback. No I didn’t try. I just made a lot of tuning within the game, amd adrenalin software too and even in the bios (tried desactivate Rezise BAR (SAM AMD) and also disable CPU virtualization.
Nothing worked. It’s the same, I went from 156 FPS to 10 to 20 FPS when activating Voidform with Halo in Archon Spec.
Fun fact is I have no trouble with voidweaver spec at all…

idk about priest i dont have one, but the same thing happens when i heal on my shammy, there’s probably a similar mechanic where spirits are summoned and start mimicking my spells, causing micro-lags that ruin the whole experience. Btw, during the entire BFA, there was a bug for hunters that caused stuttering every 5 seconds whenever pets were with you, regardless of what they were doing. If you dismissed your pet, everything would run smoothly. That bug lasted for about 2-3 years, and it might still be around lol, dont play hunter anymore

Same, in raid im down to 20 fps when we pull the bosses, cant raid any more
i have a old spec like 1080ti and i7 7700k but had no problem before TWW. Was arround 100fps in high graphic without this painful stuttering in VF, now high or low its same…
So u are AMD/sapphire and im intel/nvidia so i guess its not from our specs
And again, if the bug doesnt occure with my others priests below 70 … my pc doesnt change when i switch char lol
I had many answers from GM… they are stricly useless
Strange thing is that it happened in MM+ and in openworld but it’s perfectly fine in raid Manaforge… It’s kind of weird
