Why can someone who starts the game with the War Within package see every NPC but not the one in Shadowland?
I learned that you need to do some quests in the maw for this, I learned this only after reaching level 80
When you receive the [Insider Trading] quest in shadowland, you cannot continue the quest because there are no 2 NPCs.
Will this bug be fixed?
Will the quest dependency of NPCs be removed?
