I want to know if i can buy covenant cosmitics for 2h sword on demon hunter and get the appearance on warrior? Also other transmogs from covenant vendor
Also is it possible for torghast layer 13 cosmetics too?
And maybe its different topic but i dont want make other post. Anyone know if i can send legendary covenant belt to alts or i need to do campaign on every alt? And i dont need rep for it correct?
You can only learn what you can equip, so no.

No, you have to do the campaign on everyone and reputation doesn’t matter. However, once a character learns the memory (which requires revered) it is account wide meaning the alts could make their second legendary but you will have to actually farm for the mats as opposed to being given a freebie.
This is a very good question, so if someone knows the answer to it, please tag me too so I can see. Reason I’m asking this, because the 2h sword from Domination cache in Zereth Mortis, actually is account bound. I looted it on my Demon hunter, and sent it over to my warrior to learn the appearance. This doesn’t work with any other weapons / apperances in Zereth Mortis, but this sword specifically is ‘Cosmetic’ only, which is the same logic as the Torghast ones.
The swords have a great appearance, so it’s my goal to collect them all, but I don’t want to do Torghast on any other characters than my DH, because I don’t have the box unlocked anywhere else (or make the box account wide for god’s sake)

No, this unfortunately doesn’t work like that. You have 2 options:
a) If you want the 265 belt, you need the 7/7 chapters completed on each character you want the belt on. Keep in mind the belt can’t be upgraded, meaning it will stay at 265. The good side of this is that it doesn’t cost anything.
b) If you want the memory (Unity), this one is account wide. This however requires the 7/7 chapter, and you have to be revered in order to buy it. Once you do, all of your characters will have it. The only downside to this being, that for every toon you want to craft it on, you will have to pay for the base item, meaning this will be very expensive.
You can’t. You can only unlock transmog if you can equip the weapon. So DH only players are locked out of the new 2h swords.
What about sv hunters?
Sv hunters can get the swords because they can equip 2h swords.
Well… Hmm dont know for a 100% certain how it works across classes.
But my Rogue is Venthyr while my mage is Night fae. And I am able to wear the night fae set on my Rogue even though I am playing Venthyr at the transmorger
Depends which covenant armors you mean. The 9.0 covenant armors are type specific, meaning there are cloth, leather, mail and plate sets. 9.1. covenant sets are ‘uni’ as they can be used by every single armor type.
The only requirement, is to achieve a 80 renown with a covenant, in order to unlock the sets.
In practice, if I use my demon hunter, and hit 80 renown as a kyrian, my other characters that are leather wearers, will be able to transmog the 9.0 Kyrian leather armors, and other armor types will be able to equip my Korthian robes transmog.
I still can also mog my Necrolords dagger too… Even though I am now Venthyr. (Thank god)
Tabards and and enchantments too.
But I haven’t checked every possible covenant cross mog possibility no.
