Is there a vendor for elite weapons from SL ?
If you didn’t get the elite mogs in SL you will not get them. They are not obtainable anymore.
Limited Edition they are.

For Weapon it was 2400 if I remember correctly, other parts probably 2100 and below.
You got the Elite Weapon Transmog when you upgraded your Weapon to Duelist. not 2.4

In SL you needed to buy the weapon and get 2100. In DF it’s 2400 to buy them for Marks of Honor.
Yeah and according to streamers, anyone can get 2400 with any spec easily in solo shuffle so everyone should be having the weapon xmogs by now.
Maybe not anyone but any duelist cappable player can do it with some effort I think.
I guess they upped it with SS ranked being introduced. Thought you wouldn’t have to buy it though. That’s a bit surprising
