Hi, i do not have any option to continue the shadowlands quests on an alt i chose to skip after the first quest and now i have no other progression and i cant abandon the quest either, does anybody know how to fix this i submit a ticket but they usually arnt very reliable
There were some problems with the skip I hope that they fixed by now. In the meantime, do these articles help?

thanks for the swift reply but unfortunately this does not help, i was able to skip it fine once before, but another time it also bugged out and it eventually popped up after a while maybe that will happen here too
Way too many locked maps.
If you ask me they should to delete all those stupid intros/scenarios/unlocks for all pre-tww maps and to simply make them part of the world by default.
A new/returning players asked me: hey how to go to Argus.
Me in my head: no problem dear new/returning player i have unlocked Argus on several characters and i am going to tell you exactly what to do.
Hmm, legion invasion scenario first, then to start class hall quest line but not all quest, then uniting the isles but not all if i am not mistaken, then broken shore but not all if i am not mistaken, then Vindicar quest… hmm, yeah, i have no idea actually.
Me to player: sorry new/returning player i actually forgot and sadly you will have to read wowhead’s convoluted archives.
i did the intro quests on an alt and it still bugged out when i got to oribos???
Same problem, skipped the intro, then I got teleported in Oribos and nothing there.
Found answer from blizzard here :
We have a fix in the works, but the nature of the changes means it would be risky to hotfix so the current plan is 11.0.7.
