hey i m searching answer to my question for days and the answers contradict each other. So lets say i complete 5x +15 key on my main in time and remaining 3x i complete on my alter am i able to receive the ach and the mount ? or i have to complete the all ach on a single character ?
Achievement is account wide, completion should be on one character, like all previous seasons.
Edit: I might be wrong with “all previous seasons”.
Now I’m confused too.

Generally speaking, The only time achievements like this can be gained by multiple characters, is if each sub requirement is an achievement in it’s own right. Since there are no achievements (that I can find) for running each of those dungeons on a +15 separately, it would seem you have to do all the dungeons on +15 on one character. Then that achievement is account wide as Taurenkruto states above.
You must complete all dungeons at level 15 in time on one character.

In BFA i didn’t have 2 15 dungeons on my main but managed to get them on my alt wich resulted in getting achievement. So if same system stayed in SL then yes it is account wide and you can do it with multiple of your characters.

Hmmm that is interesting. We need someone who has done a +15 on an alt to see if the progress is checked off on the achievement on their main.
According to wowhead it has account wide progress, so I would think that you can split it on multiple characters.
Though only way to know for sure is if someone actually confirms they’ve done it that way.

If it’s listed as Account wide PROGRESS then it can be completed on multiple characters.

You were able to complete KSM across different characters in BfA, and that has not changed in Shadowlands. There are a fair number of people who have the achi, and earned it across multiple toons.
You don’t need to be confused anymore: progress is account wide, as it was in BfA.
