Shadowlands LFR NPC/ PvP transmog

Hi guys few questions,

  1. Is there an LFR (queueing) NPC yet?
  2. Why can’t I buy individual pvp items for marks of honor? (can only buy entire sets/ensembles - seriously who makes these decisions?)
  3. Why hasn’t shadowlands content scaled down once over 59 (after all its all “chromie time” content now)

Shadowlands is old content now… why is not doing what its supposed to do? :confused:

There are vendors in covenant headquarters for it.

It’s not old content yet for those who didn’t buy dragonflight.

Where is this NPC you speak about ? Found one selling PvP mog sets but it appears to look like Normal mode Sanctum, not LFR.

It’s never been the last expansion that was scaled down, but the second to last expansion.

Normally, the LFR NPC from the last expansion is added on the 10.0.5ish patch.
