Will they be available as an upgrade after release? I don’t plan on buying shadowlands right away but would like to know if I can get the bonus after release. BFA has a similar thing going on.

My guess is the pre-order stuff like the Transmog and Mount that comes with pre-ordering.

Thanks for clarifying what you meant. They will still be available even after launch. That said they might (knowing past blizz history) be removed for a time eventually. But til then, you have nothing to worry about.
I think they’re available as is. Buy the base game and the in game shop will probs tout the other upgrades to you.
There is no pre-order bonus. The only bonus is that you get access to some things earlier if you preorder early but none of those things is specificly tied to preorder. You will be able to get those after reales with no issues.
