I am tired of killing rares in Shadowlands only to find the drop is not for the class I am playing. I have addon Rarescanner but is there an addon that shows what item the rare drops?

Try handynotes + handynotes shadowlands.

Rarescanner is enought this addon shows what items rare will drop.

I use rarescanner and it shows me the drops
