I really hope this gets read. SOME players currently can’t skip the Shadowlands questline on their alts. I understand that threads of fate have been removed for some reason but when you speak to the NPC in Stormwind to skip the intro and you get teleported to Oribos, the screen goes grey and then freezes. You then have to log out and back in and essentially do the entire campaign again. I don’t believe this was the intention as why wasn’t the grey part just removed entirely otherwise? You’re meant to be given the option to skip the main storyline and THAT is the part that I want to be fixed please. Some players do not experience the bug when being ported and get given the option to skip still and this is extremely unfair on the players affected by this issue.
That is not all, I also want there to be an NPC available to any alt that you can speak to in Oribos that will give you this option regardless of where they are already in the storyline. I have played about 8 hours into the campaign so far on a level 80 alt and I’m still not even at the part where I get to choose a covenant and it’s quite ridiculous, especially when you consider that there is a legacy raid locked behind campaign content in the Maw.
Please make these fixes asap!
