As we see Trolls and Dwarves get their respective Warpaints and Tattoos as befit their Culture, I hope to see Orcs and Taurens recieve the same, for the longest time I’ve wanted to have my orc dorn Warpaints but due to the lack of visuales, it haven’t really stuck too well.
Aside from that, I can see orcs potentiale getting extra Appearences like half-ogres; the skin colour, round ears and stubby tusks, along with the Black and Red Fel orc, yet without the spikes.
Learn your lore, gawd.
It’s a reasonable assumption because that’s the norm, but check the Wowpedia article on wardens. Maiev, Sira Moonwarden, Cortana Felsong, the nameless warden mobs in Cataclysm and Legion…they all have green eyes. It’s a little detail that only obsessed Maiev fans might notice.
Obviously we’re getting this with mechagnomes, but I’d like the ability to do some cybernetics for regular gnomes too; not as extensive, of course.
I’d like to see more jewelry, whether it’s earrings, piercings, or more race-specific stuff, like draenei getting decorations for their face-tentacles or their tails, or big ear coverings like the Nightborne have for all elves. I also really hope these will be decoupled from actual ear, nose, etc. shapes: I recently made a goblin character and I hate nose piercings, so I literally had like maybe 2 options for her face.
Generally looking forward to earrings being decoupled from ear shapes, eye colors from faces or skin colors, etc. I hope we’ll get all eye shapes with all eye colors too.
I have always atributed their green eyes to the helmet they wear. There isn’t anything in there that makes a definitive statement on the colour of their eyes. We haven’t seen any official art of Maiev etc. without a helmet, either, I believe.
She’s shown without helmet in Val’sharah.

To be honest, I’d prefer it if they didn’t give us green eyes for Night Elves. There are more and better options out there, in my opinion.
Fair enough, I just wish they could give all glowy-eyed races eyes like Alleria. They look glowing without the glow, then add more colorations.
Draenei could have: white/silver, blue and purple.
I always assumed it was just their armor that gave them those emerald glowing eyes! Akin to how Shandris old Armor gave her blue-ish glowing eyes instead of silver…
I’d like that for Draenei, yeah. Velen has got purple glowing eyes, after all.
And I agree on the glow, they could and should definitely update that.
For night elves: beards for males, silver/amber eyes. Dark hair colors. Piercings, tattoos, scars, jewelry, nature styled additions like feather/leaves in hair, perhaps more feral looking nails.
Ear length option and perhaps even option to be missing parts of ears due to old wounds.
Better eye glow. I am sick and tired of the glow being a little pixelated square outside of the actual eye. Make the iris visible and glow over it inside the eye.
And of course hairstyles. Lots of them and animated please. No more hair which looks like seaweed. Better long hair options. Perhaps some hair with shaved parts or braids!
Oh and lastly, the update on the facial markings so it looks like an actual tattoo and less like crayon warpaint.
Edit: And can someone please show the male Night Elves how to shave and not take out their eyebrows in doing so? Looks weird.

I’d love some different body type options, even if basic ones, no slider fancy. I’ve always RPed my Night Elf Druid like the ones in Warcraft 3, and I need a bit more meat on my bones for the full effect. I know the excuse is always recognizable silhouettes, but Pandaren didn’t make the world crumble to dust.
For sake of worgens, I honestly hope their human form stops being affected by worgen when you customize it and vice versa.
Speaking of worgen, I would love a straight-back posture option.
