Shadowmeld and subterfuge

Hello,

I noticed Shadowmeld does not trigger subterfuge or improved garrote. Therefore, I need a macro to cast Shadowmeld and then Stealth

I tried:

/cast Shadowmeld
/cast !Stealth

For some reason stealth breaks when I press it the second time. Could you help? Is there a stance number for Shadowmeld?

Best you can do is:
/cast [combat] Shadowmeld
/cast [nocombat] !Stealth
