Can anyone please confirm whether you still get the visual effects swirling around you and also when hitting a target and whether you still get the whispers from the Lich King if you TRANSMOG Shadowmourne?
Not that I’ve experienced no, just the look of the axe.

It’s only the weapon appearance.
The fx you’re talking about triggered with the actual axes’ effect which is not available on the weapon you put the transmog on

Don’t know why Shadowmourne doesn’t whisper.
Gettings the added effects would definitely be sweet, but since it comes from a buff it’s unlikely to ever be added.
I don’t think shadowmourne whispered.
Garroshs’ axe whispered.
No you need to use the actual weapon, the transmog just gives you the weapon look, not the effects. Which is a shame.
