Not sure if i’ve just misunderstood the new mastery, but i’m not seeing any apparations being formed on casting MB, DP or VB? It looked like this mechanic was supposed to trigger every time.

EDIT: Ok so this defintely wasn’t working, but now i’ve changed spec and back it is?

Void appariations only spawn on targets that have vampiric touch on them when using MB, DP or VB.
