Shadowy/Void apparitions currently do not crit, and haven’t crit since the pre-patch. With the shadow spec revolving around apparitions, including Apex talents, the DPS potential is severely stunted.
I see some reports from the other side of the pond. We don’t have dedicated bug reporting here on the EU forums so please submit a bug report in-game as well.
