Hey!
Since unlocking a new potency conduit slot I have added the Shake the Fountains one, which has a chance to instantly cast Chain Lightning on a target hit by Earthquake.
I have noticed that when Stormkeeper is active, it consumes one of its stacks when it procs! Surely this is not the way the conduit is supposed to work? It makes it completely useless!

If you believe you have found a bug, then reporting it on the forums is not the correct place to report it as forum staff do not forward bug reports to the developers.
You need to make a proper bug report from in game, using the bug reporting tool. You won’t get a personal reply, in fact you won’t get a reply at all, but rest assured, the blues assure us that all bug reports are read by a human.
