I think this problem with earth elemental aggro problem has been solved and not take aggro from tank anymore but with datadisk is now for some reason back. Is so aanoying when tank cant take boss from earth elemental and elemental is keep taunting mobs. As i say before why is this problem back ? and why blizzard has doing nothig to fix it ?

Eart elemental should be considered a last resort. When you either pull too much or the tank goes down. It's actually pretty tough, primal version can take a beating I've not seen by many tanks.
The problem is with the azerite trait, you'll think this guy should be a part of your rotation. This should not be the case IMO.

In raids, sometimes you'll want the primal earth elemental out just for the extra defensive CD, but if this is the case the last thing you want is it to taunt the boss off the tanks.

Raid bosses are immune to earth elemental taunt.

Tell that to MOTHER. I once got my earth elemental out my accident and the boss got taunted and travelled through the barrier too early.

Earth ele should absolutely be used as part of your boss rotation, with or without the azerite trait. It's not the same as legion, it actually does decent dps. The issue is with the taunt as primal, can be super useful on some fights but a pain in the !@# on others, u need to turn it off sometimes but that also turns off your fire elementals dps spell, so it's irritating. Know ele discord was talking about a fix for that (macro) not sure if they ever figured it out tho. Essentially if he is likely to irritate your tank by taunting adds and tanking them where they shouldn't be either turn off the auto cast taunt and remember to turn on fire ele next time or just don't use it.
It does no damage without the trait though. I'm currently maining resto shaman and I throw it out whenever the tank pulls more than he can actually handle. It's not a last resort and should be used as often as you can to ease the stress on your tank/healer during a dungeon. They can then push out more dps and the dungeon will be faster.
Obviously you don't use it on mobs like ToS and the dust cloud and other similar scenarios. It's a very good thing to use on Siege of Boralus last boss if the dps is lacking and a second tentacle is up. Your Earth Elemental has a lot of use and only using it in 'cases of emergency' is silly and usually too little and too late.
