Iād say shaman personally because I enjoy it more and itās easier to indentify with also Iām always getting that shaman king anime vibe when Iām playing shamanās.
Mage, they can turn into a block of ice.
Mage needs a healing spec, than it would be way more interesting class to me 
Which is weird since we used to understand poisons, diseases and curses back in the day 
Even had one of those stick toys to deal with those pesky poisons!
Correct, I remember back when I played a shaman (WOTLK/Cata) Shaman were amongst the best at dealing with them, because you simply dropped the totem which removed them every 5 seconds!
But now shaman cannot cure poison for some reason! All because of purge I guess!

Well in Shadowlands youāre getting Searing Totem back, and all specs getting Healing Stream totem. I guess thatās somethingā¦?
(Although I donāt recall ever seeing a shaman ask for searing totem back so thatās a bit WTF)
