Decided to make a Pandaren Shaman, but i don’t even know where to start
Best spec, talents, levelling route

Resto sham, only dungeons
Arh, it depends really. If you play alliance Go enhance or Ele and QUEST. If you put warmode on, your currently get 30% xp buff from completing quests and killing mobs. That is untop of Heirlooms if you have any. Also leveling by questing has increased by a large margin throughout azeroth. Atm I level like twice as fast questing as I do in dungeons lol
If you are leveling alone:
Resto or Enhancement, Resto will get you into dungeons faster and isn’t that bad at questing either. Enhancement is a fun spec to level with as well.
Elemental only if you are leveling with a tank who can pulls up 5-6 mobs during questing, otherwise in questing Resto will be faster due to the 2x better scaling on damaging spells.
My usual leveling route is dungeons up till BC/WoTLK, though I have not leveled any character in a while so I’m not sure about the optimal route up till WoD.
In WoD you might want to grab an addon to show you the treasures that give exp, grab some exp potions from the garrison and do objectives (almost finish the ones in an area, grab a potion, run through and finish them). In Spires of Arakk you can do the main quest till the point you unlock the outpost that can net you 20% more exp if you chose the Tavern (only in the area though).
