So the Shaman enhancement talent toughness reads “Increases your stamina by 10%”
Is this for all your stamina/hp, or only your base stamina?
If its only for the base I assume its pretty worthless? (or maybe still worth it for leveling?)
Check what your stamina is on the character sheet, then put 1 talent point in Toughness. If your total stamnina increased by approximately 2%, then it’s total stamina. If it increased just a little, then its base stamina.
It increases your total stamina and it’s a must have talent for survivability. At least until you ding 80 and get a bit geared. Then you can just reset your talents and skip Toughness to get 5 extra points for the Elemental tree. Like to max out Elemental Fury and Improved Fire Nova.

Yeah, just got the last few points in it and tested it. Looks like its total stamina. Pretty good then - at least for leveling/solo.
