legit shamans need to be taken back to its default setting and reworked,
the dev’s have created a class that takes very little damage whilst the same time, one shotting everything,
the 3rd boss of gnomer is an easier fight than dealing with a shaman,
if you manage to chip away at their health pool, guess what…they have insta heals,
im getting slowed by their totems, my spells are getting misdirected by their totems, their totems break fears,
shamans have 0 counter, 0
if this carries on the horde wont have any bg’s to queue because ally teams are getting smoked by this 1 class,
i keep hearing, " oh but rets are really good as well " a shaman will chew a up ret and spit it out, rets have a bubble which last 10sec on a 5 minute CD, that is no comparison,
the only players that will go against this are shaman players, obviously " oh shamans arnt even that bad " maybe a chimpanzee would have a similar opinion,
any shaman who says its a skill issue shouldn’t be proud of beating anyone, a chicken could play a shaman and win a 1v1,
rather easy to kite shamans for those classes that can kite.
Shaman has no chance to kill a boomkin for example. MM hunters are also really tough if they start the fight at max distance.
But yes I agree tho. but dont worry shamans already got gutted for p3. They will still deal good dps but they have short range and are no longer tanky at all so they will get oneshot just like everyone else. Shamans already can’t beat any of the other melee classes without WoE. Not even warriors really.
Against melee the shaman doesnt have that much usefull totems other than earthbind to stop people running away.
As for ranged. Shadow priest especially. Once in a while I meet a shadow priest with an actual braincell who kills the tremor before fearing. At that point I am dead 100% guaranteed. No coming back from a full fear with dots eating you up.
A mage who destroys grounding before a sheep. Hard to come back from that actually, if the mage has fingers.
