Shard balancing

This is anecdotal, but every time I go to the War Supply crate, 3 Horde show up against 30 Alliance.

I am on Twisting Nether, a Horde heavy server. We’re balanced with Kazzak (another Horde server) but then it seems we have 4 Alliance servers joining us. I enjoy War Mode but I worry for the players joining today who didn’t have EA as they will need to level without War Mode as there is not enough Horde players to help them.

Can we get something to address the balance. When you turn on WM, you keep it 50/50 even if it means spreading the servers involved.

Are the Alliance still getting a greater xp bonus for WM?

Great point!
I feel a solution (though not a dev) is rather than need to go to the main city for WM, you can activate it in the hub cities too (like Dornogal/Valdrakken) and then if in that zone is more dominated by one side, the other side gets a buff encouraging them to join and it can be dynamic.

WoWProgress shows how balanced each realm is. Some are massively skewed.

You can already activate warmode in Valdrakken and Dornogal.

That only shows the specific server, not shared servers that are the shards.
