Hey, I just finished achievement “Shard labor”, but it didn’t complete for me.
It’s stuck at 50/50 shards. I tried to relog, turn off addons, restart the interface, but nothing works for me.

I have the same problem but its stuck at 48… and the last 2 are not spawned where they are supposed to be…
I am showing 49/50 but all shards are not disappeared - my macro is showing the shard I am missing but it’s not there. I have a ticket open so I’m hoping it can be resolved.
49/50. checked the coding. says im missing shard 28. yet. i have tripple checked everywhere now. including location for 28… NOTHING… I am thoroughly looking forward to blizz hotfixing this…
Similar story here. After picking each single shard I am stuck at 49/50 according to the achievements. I checked via the script below which one I am missing (in my case shard number 18). I doubled check and the shard is not available anymore at the location (since I first picked it).

Same issue - finished collecting my 50 shards yesterday only to find out that one of them (number 37 for me) was “missing”. I double and triple checked it on multiple chars (one can hope!), but it’s not there… 
Same issue - I found all shards and i got achievement but it didn’t give me Silverwind Larion.

- Resolved an issue where some players that interacted with Anima Crystal Shards in Bastion were not receiving credit towards Shard Labor.

I’ve solved mine. Turns out, the script Blizz’s GMs (and also Wowhead) provide for checking which shard is missing is not working properly. In my case it was telling me that shard 37 was missing, but it wasn’t the case. 
I used Handynotes to find the missing shard (Handynotes settings > Plugins > Shadowlands > Zones > Bastion > Icon Settings > Deselect everything except Shard Labor) and there it was, uncollected (though, I do remember picking it up, so I’ve no idea what happened there). Hope this helps!

It was the exact same for me, just with shard 14. I’m 100% sure I collected it, but achievement said I had 49/50, all scripts were showing wrong shard as missing, which wasn’t there to pick up. After installing Handynotes and restarting the game, it showed the shard on the map and it was there to collect.
