Shard of Zed Sound Bug in 9.1.5

Dear Blizzard Customer Support,

I was working on some WeakAuras today and I noticed there’s this really loud whooshing sound that appears after the Shard of Zed procs. Please see the video: https://youtu.be/C9UIgPvVwOw . You can clearly hear it right after I finish casting Shifting Power. I did it 3 times just to be sure and after every proc of the Shard, the whooshing starts. Please confirm I am not going crazy.
