We are only 100 hours away from Shadowlands’ release, share some of your mount farming tips and tricks for people who are looking for something to do for these last few days.

Here is mine: If you farm Firelands for mounts, pick up three feathers from Alysrazor before you kill her. After you picked up three feathers, your character will start flying, quickly kill and loot her then fly directly towards Majordomo. You can skip all the bosses and go for Ragnaros instantly without unlocking the bridge.

Have 49 alts parked outside instance you want mount for in case of a raid lockout, so you got 50 chances each week.

This is the way. Saves much time. I don’t do 49 alts though.

Also, get main faction tabards and run Sethek Halls for reps and the chance of a mount at the same time.
Vortex Pinnacle and Stonecore also have mounts but give less rep…

Wow, 100 hours makes it sound much closer than it actually is. Not to say it isn’t close.
As for my mount farming tip? Don’t try to farm midnight, you will only experience suffering and misery.

Group up with people who already have the ember wyrm from new karazhan to increase it’s drop chance up to 100%

I farmed Midnight since Legion and got it this summer…i was so happy that it finally dropped, same with Invincible but that took 7 years…

Prioritise raids that have a ‘skip’ quest so you can go straight to the mount boss. For example Hellfire Citadel in Draenor has a quest line which eventually allows you to skip straight to the last two bosses. Similar with several other raids. If you prioritise those you can raise the number of chances/week you get on mounts for less time.
