I main bear mostly in keys, and balance druid in raid, can i please be able to put int AND agi leg enchants on the same pair of pants please so i don’t always have to buy a new one? 
I think you are looking for the new LW legs enchantment from 11.1

I have hero legs for feral my main spec, but I want to play restoration as well but I don’t have legs for it.
The multi-role armor kit is a bit weaker, but not by much (you lose out on 93 primary and 90 stam at r3). So if you expect to switch roles often, it’s a decent enchant.

I’m wondering how a similar question appears. Don’t you look at these things at all? Are you waiting for someone to tell you if it’s viable or not, and without even looking at the item, you’ll decide based on the answer whether to use it or not?

I don’t know, all I saw was a link to Wowhead.
But that enchant is rank one, so it doesn’t really tell me much.
And to answer your first question, I will judge the viability of an item solely based on the stats it provides.
“Is it viable?” for me, means “Is it good or bad?”
I knew there was a catch with that leg enchant, that’s why I asked.
