I have a level 60 on Shazzrah but it says ‘offline’.
I haven’t played in months, what does this mean?

You assume wrong - don’t like Mograine - pay for transfer, sorry.
My 60 is not on Mograine
It can take up to 14 days from Aug. 10 before he shows up, reaad teh whole caboodle, I linked 
Also, I can’t transfer it to Mograine because it says: “Charachter hasnt logged in recently”

All those realms will close and all chars that remain on those servers will get auto moved to (mostly) Mograine.
