Why exactly do we not generate clouds out of combat? It heals for as much as a Spiritbloom, has twice the CD (or more if we take the RNG buff), no Tip the Scales to make it instant and yet it also starts on CD? And it’s a end row talent while Spiritbloom is a mid row talent?
I know, different classes, but if you print a skill that’s basically the exact same thing, it shouldn’t be a worse version at a higher cost. Lets start with cloud generation out of combat.
