Shift not working on Mac client

Hi guys,

Playing on a 2018 Macbook Pro, and apparently the left shift key just seems to not function when playing WoW on a Mac. Is there a way to fix it?

Right shift DOES work, so the question becomes why are left and right shift considered separate buttons in Mac? How do I fix it?

All my binds seem to have transferred over in the client and they are there, seemingly listed, but I can’t reach across the keyboard to press right shift every 2 seconds in combat. I’m getting destroyed in PvP because I can’t use half of my binds.

(inb4 “don’t play Mac lol” - yeah, it’s my portable option, if I had a choice I wouldn’t. Sensible helpful replies please! We all know that Apple suck.)

Hello Platex!

It sounds like you’re trying to activate extra action-bar buttons using a key-press. These are bound to CTRL+1,CTRL+2 etc by default. You can change their binding in-game by pressing Esc > Key Bindings > and altering “Special Action Buttons.”

Hi there, I still can’t change the bindings with the numpad keys. I have the razer naga mouse. I used to work but now it doesn’t. Any suggestions?
