Shimmering Crystal Not dropping from end of WoD timewalking

I have run all 5 of the WoD timwalking dungeons and have not received the quest drop for the item which can give 500 timewalking tokens. There is a long thread on the US forums with lots of people experiencing this issue, but nothing on here that I could find. I have done the dungeons on the same character, however in 2 different specs and also in multiple different dungeons. Others in my groups will still receive the item in each run, except for me. Is anyone else having this issue?

Same. And if you google it, it seems lots of players have the same issue today.
When i run a script to check quest completion it returns “true”.
It seems like they forgot to reset the quest flag.

This. Same thing for me. Five dungeons, no drop. Quest flag says ‘true’.

I opended ingame ticket, just in case.

This is something we’re definitely aware of as a known issue, and we understand how frustrating that is when you’re not receiving a Shimmering Timewarped Crystal for your efforts. We’re currently hard at work putting in a solution to resolve this for all players.

Hopefully the fix will also enable me to actually queue for timewalking dungeons which is not even a greyed out option currently and also access the alliance TW vendor who is not showing in Stormshield.

so i got the crystal but i cant start the quest and the time walking vender aint in ashran
