As the title suggests, whenever I receive the Shipping & Handling mission to deliver a package, nothing happens when I enter the circle the area directs me to. There is a cardboard box in the center of the circle but it is not interactive. This has happened many times since the weekly maintenance . Unable to progress job streaks when I receive this task as I have to clock out and clock back in to receive a different task.
This is beyond frustrating to never have job streaks

Same issue all weekend for me, and I’ve had to give it up twice tonight :/. I made a bug report, hope they can fix it soon.
Yea the fact that they don’t fix issues like that is mind blowing just shows as this has bin a issue from first week in S2 and i am starting to doubt that they ever will

We have seen several other reports of this and have been investigating, though without being able to verify any specific causes so far:
We continue to track reports though, and will address any issues as they are identified.
The best you can do to help is to report it in-game whenever it happens.

I’ve now tried to disable all my addons and relogging, but it still won’t let me pick up the crates (the other kind of jobs works as they should.)
Found a fix that worked for me.
Once you get the job and can’t pick up the package, log out without canceling the job. When you re log just cancel the job and start a new one, after that I was able to pick up the packages when I got a delivery job.

Omg it’s actually working…! I finally completed a job streak! (I didn’t immediately cancel when I logged back in, because the package had been picked up and I was directed to leaving-place; however, I couldn’t deliver it once I got there. Then I cancelled and picked the job up again and the rest is history.)
UPDATE: March 21st I logged in and could complete a job streak without issues!
