Currently only ret can exchange set, we need to have it so tanks and healers can Also exchange their tier for the new shockadin! UPVOTE TO GET THEIR ATTENTION!

Sure we need that 
the fact you even got a brand new set while nobody else were getting even fixes to their classes or runes… paladins should never cry about anything ever again.
this is proof that paladin is the dev favorite (as if that wasn’t already bafflingly obvious to anyone who doesn’t actually main paladin).
