Hi guys, my in-game shop is stuck in the loading, please wait screen, it wont load the rest of the content.
I have reseted the UI, i dont have any razer software, i have uninstaled the game and the battle.net app and instaled, it happens in all of my characters. I have tried run it as admin. This happen after i purchased the monthly subs, thru the website.

Any chance you may have a firewall/security program running in the background that is not a fan of applications creating encrypted/secure connections (which our shop uses, to protect your payment information)?
I have seen this exact picture a few times with tools like Bullguard, TotalAV and similar - usually it was required to either manually grant the permission to establish such connections inside the firewall, or even to disable it for the time being.
Try running World of Warcraft as Administrator then open the in game shop. If the shop now works you should be fine to run wow normally in the future. (admin not required)
