Short cloaks (Reinforced/Linked Chain Cloak) still in the game?

What the title says, I’m not sure anymore whether those 2 items are still in the game since even though it says so

I think this is one of the cloaks you mean - its a reward from a quest that I think is still in the game

not sure about a second cloak

But that might be longer than what you were after. There are three different colours.

I meant these two cloaks, and they are still in the game. Latter dropped for me.
