Well, they certainly aren’t white, I can give you that much. The idea was that those places most certainly aren’t sunshine and rainbows, so no doubt if the worlds were to mirror themselves on their denizens, it would be on the darker end.

None of the San’layn skin types were very dark at all. Some were dark gray at best and others were pink and some red and probably more.

It’s pretty damn racist to want to deny people of black complexions from having representation in WoW because you don’t want the lore to include them(without a real reason) and then suggest if they were do be included, the lore should state that they come from the WoW version of hell. What you are doing is that you are perpetuating a racist stereotype.

Guild pointed out the issue with them is the fact they don’t have lighter palms/feet undersides, how how actual melanin works. It’s because of that which gives it the “charred” appearance, as opposed to actual skin.
I’m hoping the skins are WIP, same goes for gnomes and dwarves. Not sure how the human ones look since they haven’t been data mined, but here’s hoping they fare better.

Looking at that picture the black humans appear (to me atleast) to have slightly wider noses, compared to the white and asian humans, maybe that helps in making it look more natural?
(Unless I’m blind af and it just seems that way because the whites and asians are from a different angle?)
