Should I see a doctor?

I cannot decide what to main so…I leveled all classes, all 13…
I mostly play paladin, hunter and druid out of all but I enjoy all (almost at the same percent)…
I enjoy very much the game, the only issue is that I cannot stick to a main so I dont really play end content because of this, max ilvl I have is on my paladin (380)…did some LFR and so on but not into M+ and such… I mostly do old content, mounts, achivements and such…anyone in the same boat or I should go see a doctor…?

Welcome to the world of altoholics! Some of simply prefer variety. Change is exciting, and we can have fun from replaying stuff just as something else.
So no, no need for doctors because of that. You’re playing a game, so just have fun! No need to care if you are doing so through endgame content or not.

Yes, you should see a Dr because your favourite isn’t warlock :grinning:

Why do you feel the need to main something? You can have an army of alts of any level if that’s what’s fun to you.

I think you should stick to a race.
What race? Goblin ofc!
Play Goblin, only Goblin, all classes Goblin!

I was turning into altoholic, however, I did not want that, so what I did was to play one class that I like and delete the alts.

So I have no option to play other classes, and I am stuck with my warrior, been progressing quite well past couple days.

Feels good.

This!
It’s a game. Do you mind lacking end game progress? I don’t I play many characters, some at 70, all solo most of the time. I am not competing, I play for a relaxed time, so there is no need for a single main or omptimizing my whole game.
Others might prefer not to be distracted.

Exactly, some people play casually for relaxed, chilling time spending, but I believe there are people who are like me who would like to be better than just alt spammers with casual gameplay.

Heck, me on my own have changed my mains 3 times this expansion, and it was getting out of hand, so deleting my alts and focusing on one was the only option.

Is this by choice, or because you never have a character in proper endgame gear?

Be honest with the answer, it’s not wrong either way but it’s important to figure out what you’re actually enjoying :smile_cat:

If you just can’t pick an alt, take classes in pairs, toss a coin to decide which of them to drop. Continue pulling pairs from the pool until only one is left - or until you get a pang of disappointment that you eliminated one. In the latter case, pick that one. Sometimes we don’t know what we want until we take it away :joy_cat:

If you get that far, commit to one week on that character. One week - not a very long time, so stick to it. See what happens.

(I strongly suggest waiting until reset because the next 2 days have the worst M+ affixes!)

Doctor Terrible here…

If you’re mostly interested in old content then I’d go with the one with more mobility. As a paladin going to do old content I’m slow slow slow.

Just do what I do, M+ and nothing else. Much easier to organise than a raid, and quicker about 45-60 mins per run including waiting. Your hunter should be the #1 because it is the most relaxing and easy to play class (BM). Once you have done your 4 M+, park the Hunter, and go for another class, if you like melee I would strongly suggest Windwalker. Once you do 4 M+, or maybe 8, then swap again for another class. If you like melee, consider a tank, any tank will do, very little between them, the easiest to play is Guardian, the most fun (for me) is Prot Warrior. But all tanks are fine. If you like healing I’d go resto Druid and ask questions later.

Just do your M+ on 5-6 alts and stop at 4 or 8 and you be good. For reference my alts are:

I also mainly enjoy Paladin, Hunter and Druid. Play the game how you like to play, there is no rule. If you want to try M+ then maybe deciding a role would help (Tank, DPS, Healer - I’d go DPS first to see if you even like M+) I don’t raid or do M+ or PvP and I have a whale of a time.

Fel juice is not healthy FYI.

Seriously though, nothing wrong with alts. It’s an open game, do what you wanna do.

is what Afenton meant to say, you’ll need to be a forgiving she’s still a bit drunk from last night.
