About sums it up. If you wanna get some good attemtion of sorts from Blizz, this isnât the place - they do a weekly 1 time modding which is solely based on flags and thatâs it, many of my frens left as they felt it wasnât good enough. Customisation enthusiasts prefer to use the US forums wherever possible for instance.
Itâs sort of like screaming into the abyss if you arenât here for the fun threads.
Indeed, and even he isnât seem to be present. I think his name was Tyrskorn.
Sheâs pretty!
The lounges indeed are, but because of trust levels they are worse than Discord. That, and some people do like to mildly swear at times which is forbidden of course
Considering what Iâve seen during matches i canât imagine the forums. They probably saved their own mental health that way
Well OK
Deposit your suggestion in the EU suggestion box
Donât mind the family of spiders that has taken up residence in it.
There used to be an animation about Obama nuking the planet because of losing faith in humanity after playing LoL
Is there a difference in vibe between the US and EU forums ?
Definitely way more active over there
There are simply more people on the US forums because they are not segregated by language.
Though I also worry that the Californification will be at a more terminal stage in the US forums

More active on the US side.
Some EU members even made a level 10 character to be able to post
I still havenât done it

You should
Its lots of fun over there
Though the drama is through the roof.
(But then again thats half the fun of it there)
I just use it for fun⌠Chat with people.
The forums do have lots of good and constructive conversations.
Your joking right? Most of the forums are meaningless whinging and people being crappy humans
I love you all ingame, I love you all in here too. Even if I donât agree with someone sometimes.
The forums should stay. Where else Iâll get my WoW fix when not playing?
The forums overall seems to be a waste of time and content, a breeding ground for tolls and moaning and attention seeking.
Or you could just stop using it. Not a soul (but yourself) is forcing you to use this forums. We like having our discussions.
What is it with people and their âif I dont like it, no one is allowed to like it!â attitude?

Puny and Visna both did it, and so should you, if you want to be able to support the latterâs requests for customisation
Is there a difference in vibe between the US and EU forums ?
I guess the EU members are a bit more welcoming than the US ones, so itâs easier to make frens here than over there.
If you no longer like the forums, you can just stop using them.
There is no need to advocate for their deletion.
^^ I have to agree wtih Moritz, there is nothing making players use the forums so if itâs something you donât enjoy itâs very easy to avoid. Far better than deleting something because you personally see no value in it.
And just FYI bugs are not reported on any of the EU forums. Bugs are only reported on the US forums. We report bugs in game. Players can set up a US starter account on the same bnet as their subbed EU account, level a char to 10 and take part in the US forums if they so desire.
Itâs not about not using the forum itâs about measuring if there is a consensus if itâs adding any value at all or even damaging the community.
I will leave the forums after this post is concluded and look for more healthier communities for wow.
But it does seem like there are a few that do enjoy the forums and get something out of it for them so thatâs good.
Why are you here?
Waiting for the conclusion of the thread
Iâve heard a lot about the LoL playerbase. I have heard bad things about them, so I can only imagine what their forums looked like. Must have made Chernobyl look like a clean-air zone.
