Does corruption do enough damage to be in rotation or is ti to keep rogues from steal thing only?
Don’t see any reason to cast it personally.
For the damage, if you look at shadow bolt, it has relatively long cast time and gives you low damage immidately and a shard. Corruption has similiarily long cast time, does similar damage but over a much longer duration and does not give you a shard nor has any other interactions with your spells.
I wouldn’t honestly even use it against rogues, Demo usually doesn’t have much downtime because you have other spells to hardcast and demonic core procs and just always are doing something. Corruption doesn’t give you enough value to justify it casting literaly over any other spell you have.
It is basically useless for demo, only thing you could do with it at most is to bait kicks but since we have lot of shadow abilities I don’t think that would be any useful.
