Hello. If i ask smb to apply scryer enchant to shoulder through trade pane will it works or it is impossible?

Greater Inscription of the Oracle & Greater Inscription of the Orb, aswell as the Honored ones are “Bind on Pickup” items and connot be traded to another player, which means you need to purchase them yourself.
If you have Exalted reputation with Zandalar Tribe, i suggest you use it instead. Its just better.
It used to be possible to do with ZG enchants back in Classic due to 400ms batching, but Blizzard stepped in because no fun is allowed, and now it is indeed impossible.

I was very much looking forward to providing my guild casters with and actually good shoulder enchant instead of “lol you get stamina or heling power because we had no idea what itemization means back in the day”. I understand why they banned it, obviously, but I’m still salty about it to this day.

But the shoulder enchants are from rep and are the same for all of us.

Well it was possible with +100 hp on head in WoW Classic. I thought it could be the same.
Isn’t it still possible to apply Naxx shoulder enchants, such as Fortitude of the Scourge, which are bind on pick-up, through trade? 
I have seen twinks with those enchants, and also people selling them on trade chat.

Those ones don’t have requirements though. I’m actually running Naxx every week in the hopes of getting a few for some loomies in Wrath.
