I’m in MC right now with my T1 shoulderpiece enchanted and it’s not working
My ”coreforged” for retri works
Think it’s called sealbearer or something now.
But i’ve also not logged in today if something happent this morning, it is wednesday 
Excommunicator enchant didn’t work yesterday. It used to work though so I’m a bit confused as to why it suddenly broke.
Not sure if a special criteria has to be met but I reckon it’s bugged. If anyone found a way to make it work let me know.

its PvE nerf… now it working only with 2h and dmg was nerfed
Why does Shockadin even exist if they refuse to make a dedicated tier set for it but add some stupid offset items and change runes to nerf it? 7 Phases and Blizzard got no clue what to do with it.
Can you link to notes where this is stated?
I checked the feb 4 hotfix notes but nothing on paladin

I can confirm, sadly Tier Set was shadow nerfed… and the Excommunicator Rune which I made the post for is related to it…
Blizzard doing stuff like this is horrendous.
I dont know if this is the problem you’ve run into but something I tested last week. If i have both the shoulder enchant and the same set equiped, removing the set item also removed the bonus and I needed the reequip the shoulder to regain the bonus.
No this is a specific nerf to the T2.5 Ret 4P bonus Excommunicator so it applies to 2H hits only as well as a damage reduction from 40% per stack to 35%
Check ingame vendor in EPL

ive found the druid and rogue ones dont work tried the bear t1 2p which is supposed to let me brez with out dropping bear form and its not working
same having problem with excommunicator shoulder enchant on pala it wont start stacking, whats going on ? 
sham 2p T2 shoulder enchants doesn’t work either
