Hello,
am I crazy or is there no more option to always show your own health/percentage in your own character frame?
I found it for the raid frames but not for my own character.
Open the options screen, search for “status text”, change the dropdown to both.

Had the same problem. I didn’t see it because it was already set to both but didn’t show. Setting it again solved it.

How such a simple solution can be the most difficult to discover.
