Sometimes it happens when we doing +M when our rogue start shroud some npcs that we move near of them see us while we alrdy inside the shroud ?? is it bugged ?
Shroud is stealth, not invisibility. If you start breathing in mobs’ faces while in it, they will see you.

There are also some areas that should be avoided like the middle section just after 2nd boss in Spires of Ascension. There is a lot of other stuff too, like the guardian druid 4-set that will just dmg nearby enemies. Basically, anything that will put you in combat will put you out of stealth.
- damaging abilities, obviously.
- taking damage from abilities, like some of the last packs in Spires of Ascension that have a pulsing AOE close to them.
- Proximity, like Frisbees said.
Another example are the big trash mobs before 1st boss in Gambit. These can be shrouded, but there is a very line between them that you have to walk in order not to get detected.
