I see the TW vendor at Timeless Isle, but can’t start the quest either!

The fact there is no timewalking vendor in timeless isle is the reason we can’t use the item. One can only use the item when the vendor is up. If you use it when timewalking dungeon of Pandaria is not up, you get the same message. So what Blizzard has to do is make the vendor appear.

I too am impacted by this issue - the Pandaria timewalking bonus quest to award 500 badges is not working, nor is the MoP timewalking Vendor present at their usual location
Yep, same here! Able to loot the coin from the last dungeon boss but getting the error message “You don’t meet the requirements for that quest.” when attempting to use it. As mentioned already, the NPC isn’t on the Timeless Isle either.

I have the same problem. It seems they have not fixed it yet.
NPC is there now, and you get the quest when clicking the coin.
