Shuffle format need rework or remove?

Waiting 30min for one que on low mmrs and 1500cr for one dps to leave the lobby on first round before it even begins, and now people would need to wait another 30min to get a que, huge waste of everyones time

I personally dont have time to even play this anymore, I cannot wait 60min of my day to play one game on something so silly as 1500 rating

Seriously think of your format and the design of the mode again, the launch of it completely killed normal 2/3 brachets and replaced all pvp with this and now people would need to put all of their other life on halt for the day if they want to play meager few ques of this

This is completely unacceptable

for rework: Remove Healers after they removed tanks from solo shuffle and make 3v3 from all DPS players

Removal of Solo shuffle: Yes

Me Either, I almost consumed my times

Well, the devs saw, that players want solo queue. The devs saw, that people played pvp for the gear and then they stopped after capping. Now those devs need to think about what this data actually means, and how pvp can move forward. Soloshuffle might be the goat, but not long term the thing, that will keep wow pvp alive. Maybe arena just isn’t the answer in general and RBGs could be going in a better direction instead.

Just give all roles a own solo shuffe. Problem solved.

Personally, I don’t think there’s much wrong with Solo Shuffle as a concept overall. It mostly just suffers quite heavily from some roles (cough healer) being utterly unfun in randomly formed groups, but this isn’t really restrictive to Solo Shuffle or PvP. If every role was equally fun and had an equal progress path, queues wouldn’t be an issue. But here we are…

I think that it actually exposed quite some weaknesses in WoW’s PvP activities. And these weaknesses aren’t gonna be solved anytime soon. Difficulty balancing, tons and tons of triggers/cds/lockouts/drs/… to keep track of, a pase that requires an absurd reaction time and action accordingly (and even then you can get unlucky) and what not…

Combine that with a community that tends to jump on any ‘op’-spec train and you just have a hot mess. The whole point was to actually make us play. But yeah, we’re back to where we were before Solo Shuffle; looking for people to play with (but now still automatically).

I think it’s time to redesign PvP and every single aspect of it, not just Solo Shuffle. But my hopes for this to happen is exactly zero. PvP was never a focus and I don’t think it ever will be.

I think we should know that in a game who ppl want to play mostly DPS the solo que content will have huge que.

I don’t know how Blizz can fix this.

Enable grouping of 3v3 dps. Easy.

Also, people specifically asked for solo queue RBG’s, not Arenas.

RBG’s, as opposed to arena, are actually fun, but take ages to make a group, therefore not viable.

Arena or RBG will have the same que cause 90% will be que as dps

Well, if they are stupid, and make it so that solo queue RBG will have an 1/3/6 group then yes, there will be long queues.

If they have any clue, then it’ll be dyamic, for example if they have 0 tanks, 2 healers and 18 dps in the queue in the same rating range, then the system will form two 0/1/9 groups.
