The bug has been here for years and years now. When you enter SOO on normal cant it leave it thru the portal. You need to use your HS and travel all the way back to pandaria if you dont remember to switch to mythic raid.

I honestly don’t recall there ever being an exit portal in Siege of Orgrimmar. Quite a lot of raids back then, actually didn’t have exit portals.
You always had to mage-portal out, or hearthstone out.
What I mean is the portal that you use to enter and exit dungeons and raids. 
I’ve seen that this bug was reported in 2020 on another post and is still a thing in 2023… What a joke
The biggest issue i have is the fact that the skip to garrosh DCs u. Lmfao so baadd
