Idk if this is a bug but when I’m 4min into the fight and it bugs in a way that all mobs repeat the wipe abilities over and over again like every 10 seconds. Mobs have about 40-35% health at the time it happens. The guy with axes uses rage every time his duration on rage expires, the caster uses fel bubble like that and Sigryn uses blood of the father like that AT THE SAME TIME. Each time those abilities are cast and expired they cast it again and again and again and I cannot do anything because everything I have is on cooldown 
As far as I know, this is intended. Sigryn encounter is a huge dps race on top of all mechanics. Towards the end, the mobs just go Haywire and cast everything on top of everything (3 and a half / 4 minutes mark). On my kill attempt, I just had the caster up and he casted 2 shields back to back, and when I finally cleaved enough, Sigryn also died.
If you have them at 35-40% after 4 min, you are far behind. Look on some guides on how to cleave them more. I also did it as a retri, and the most important piece of information for me was, that if you Repentance Sigryn during his cast, he won’t have the buff and he won’t cast again, meaning you can cleave him aswell. This removed the dps check for me.
Also try to save your bubble for the rune, valkyr and WW overlap. I could just mash dps for about 10 seconds without caring for anything, saved me alot of time aswell!
